Terms of Use Welcome to Relaxing Scenery Bingo! These Terms of Use ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of Relaxing Scenery Bingo ("we," "us," or "the App"). By downloading, accessing, or using Relaxing Scenery Bingo, you agree to comply with this Agreement. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. Users under 18 may only use the App under the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You agree not to use the App for any unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or misleading purposes. Gameplay and Virtual Rewards The gameplay, bingo mechanics, and mini-games are for entertainment purposes only. All game outcomes (including winning numbers, rewards, bonuses, or wheel results) are determined by system algorithms. Virtual items such as coins, points, tokens, or rewards have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or physical goods. Certain features may include bonus rounds, wheel spins, or collectible items designed solely to enhance gameplay. We may review, limit, or suspend access to accounts showing irregular, automated, or suspicious activity. Accounts and User Data You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when interacting with the App. We may suspend or delete accounts involved in abusive, unauthorized, or fraudulent behavior. Your data is collected and managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is stored, used, and protected. In-App Purchases and Advertising The App may include optional in-app purchases or rewarded content (e.g., watching ads to receive virtual bonuses). All purchases are processed through Apple's approved payment system. You are never required to make purchases or view ads in order to continue using the App. Intellectual Property All game elements - including graphics, artwork, text, audio, design, and software - are the intellectual property of Relaxing Scenery Bingo or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written permission. Disclaimer of Warranties The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free functionality, or permanent availability of content or features. Temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or factors outside our control. In the event of any discrepancy in gameplay results, the in-app displayed result shall be considered final. Suspension or Termination We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate this Agreement, applicable laws, or usage rules. We may also restrict access to maintain system integrity, protect users, or comply with legal or regulatory requirements. Updates to This Agreement We may update or revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App following the posting of updated terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
